Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Medical Sales Representative role based in Giza, with a mix of on-site visits and some work-from-home flexibility. The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting Integra's pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmeceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders. Daily activities include scheduling and conducting sales visits, delivering product presentations, providing scientific information, and ensuring accurate product positioning. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, monitoring market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The Medical Sales Representative will also prepare sales reports, follow up on orders, coordinate with internal teams, and adhere to regulatory and ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product promotion, and relationship building.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage healthcare professionals and respond to inquiries effectively.
- Foundational knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy to understand product indications, mechanisms of action, and patient needs.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, managing time effectively between fieldwork in Giza and remote tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms for reporting and customer follow-up.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
