Job Summary
The Product Specialist / Medical Representative is responsible for promoting nutritional products across pharmacies and pharmacy chains to drive sales growth and brand visibility. The role focuses on building strong professional relationships while ensuring accurate sales tracking and achievement of assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote nutritional products to pharmacies and pharmacy chains
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Execute promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches
- Conduct effective product presentations and regular follow-up visits
- Ensure strong product availability and visibility at points of sale
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and visit plans
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine
- 6 months to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Background in the Nutrition or Pharmaceutical industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Self-motivated and results-driven personality
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Solid knowledge of nutritional or pharmaceutical products
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Very good command of English
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned territories
- Capability to build long-term professional relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required
