Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Medical Sales Representative will promote NUYA's skincare and beauty products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and clinics, building strong relationships and driving product adoption. Daily responsibilities include visiting customers, presenting product benefits and scientific data, managing sales pipelines, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The role involves providing ongoing customer support, handling inquiries, coordinating product orders and deliveries, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems. The Medical Sales Representative will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback, support promotional activities, and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product promotion, and sales negotiation.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, present complex information clearly, and support clients effectively.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product composition, indications, and clinical benefits.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical, dermatology, or skincare sales is highly beneficial.
• A degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English are beneficial for communication with diverse stakeholders.
