Role Description

The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves promoting REDERMA's derma portfolio to healthcare professionals, with a focus on educating stakeholders on product benefits, indications, and proper use. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting sales visits, organizing product presentations and demonstrations, managing territory sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. The representative will monitor market trends and competitor activity, provide timely feedback to the commercial and marketing teams, and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and customer interactions. The role also includes participation in conferences, workshops, and promotional events to strengthen brand visibility and drive sustainable sales growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales experience of at least 2 years, including territory management and building relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver clear product information and provide responsive support.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field.
• Candidates should possess solid negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management abilities, including proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
• Previous experience in derma, skincare, or pharmaceutical sales in Cairo or surrounding areas is an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
