Role Description
The Medical Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria. This position is responsible for promoting Andalusia Health Egypt's medical services and solutions to healthcare professionals and institutions, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships. Day-to-day activities include conducting sales visits to hospitals and other accounts , presenting service offerings, following up on leads and negotiating agreements within approved guidelines. The specialist is expected to meet sales targets, represent the organization professionally, and support marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, Business) preferred.
• Previous experience in hospital or pharmaceutical sales in hospitals or clinics is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with strong reporting and documentation abilities.
• Strong Sales and Nogitiation skills, with a track record in healthcare or related sectors.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage healthcare professionals and support clients effectively.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicine or clinical services to understand hospital operations and patient pathways.
