Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical Sales Manager (Surgical Threads) based in Cairo with opportunities to work remotely some of the time. The responsibilities include driving and managing sales efforts for surgical thread products, building and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, and expanding market reach. The role also involves analyzing market trends, mentoring sales teams for improved effectiveness, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Medical Sales and Sales within the healthcare or medical device industry
- Strong Sales Management and Sales Effectiveness capabilities to drive and monitor sales performance
- Analytical Skills to assess data, market trends, and customer needs for making informed decisions
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with surgical threads or other medical devices is highly advantageous
