MedNet Egypt is one of the leading managed care service organizations that cater to healthcare needs. We are looking for a skilled Team Leader Business Development who will be accountable for strengthening and maintaining the relationship between clients (PICs, brokers, and major policyholders) and MedNet using strong communication skills, empathy, identifying service and coverage gaps, collecting client feedback to improve MedNet's service, and ensuring the development of MedNet's portfolio and market share in accordance with the company's business plan
Your Job
- Support the onboarding of PICs and/or their customers/members (from policy enrolment until member orientation) in close coordination with the concerned operation departments to ensure a smooth experience.
- Act as a second channel for managing client complaints, for example, follow up with the designated departments to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers problems.
- Establish, strengthen, and maintain good business relationships with clients and ensure high-quality customer service to further build on MedNet brand image and enhance the experience.
- Contribute innovative ideas and participate in various initiatives to gain the loyalty of the clients.
- Daily communications with PICs.
- Build & strengthen business relationships with brokers & clients
- Support in marketing planning
- Support in new revenue streams generation & implementation
- Develop marketing plans to help achieve business development strategies within MNE
- Introduce marketing channels that would increase awareness of MedNet's image in the market and enhance the image for existing clients side
- Help the team in marketing activities/projects related to business needs
- Act as the bridge between: Sales, Medical management, Claims, Provider network, IT
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to operations
- Resolve service issues that may threaten client retention
- Monitor client satisfaction and service KPIs
- Prepare BD performance reports for senior management
- Track conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and revenue forecasts
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business / Sales / Marketing Management or any other equivalent qualification relating to the Insurance industry.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service and/or account management.
- Experience in the Health Insurance sector (Primary Insurance, broker, and TPA) would be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a special focus on relationship management.
- Good presentation skills.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Quality-focused and customer-oriented.
- Problem-solving mindset and can-do attitude.
- Able to build rapport across different levels of an organization.
