Job Description / Responsibility
- Conduct Laboratory Tests Perform diagnostic tests on blood, urine, tissue, and other body fluids to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Ensure Accuracy & Quality Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Operate & Maintain Equipment Use, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments for optimal performance.
- Follow Safety & Compliance Guidelines Adhere to health regulations, biosafety standards, and laboratory protocols.
- Record & Report Findings Accurately document test results and communicate findings to physicians and healthcare teams.
- Work with Healthcare Teams Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and specialists to support patient care.
- Specialized Testing Perform advanced tests in areas such as microbiology, hematology, immunology, or molecular diagnostics.
Educational Requirements
- BSC/Diploma in Laboratory Medicine, Pathology, Radiology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Radio Therapy, Dental, Nursing & Medical Assistant.
Experience Requirements

- Workplace & Physical Requirements: Work Environment Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, research institutions, and pharmaceutical companies.
- Shift Work May include rotating shifts, night shifts, weekends, and emergency on-call duties.
- Safety & Biohazard Compliance Must adhere to infection control, biosafety, and laboratory waste disposal regulations.
- Language Skills Proficiency in English is often required for documentation, communication, and compliance with international standards.
