Key Responsibilities

- Apply underwriting guidelines to determine suitable coverage, premium rates, and policy terms.
- Collaborate with brokers, agents, and healthcare professionals to collect and verify relevant information.
- Communicate underwriting decisions clearly to stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
- Stay informed on industry developments, medical innovations, and updated underwriting standards to enhance risk evaluation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for confidential records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in insurance, healthcare, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of professional ethics.
- Knowledge of health insurance products and medical terminology is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including DOH, DHA, and MOH.
