Job Purpose
The Meditation Facilitator is responsible for designing and leading guided meditation and mindfulness sessions for VVIP guests and wellness clients within a luxury hospitality environment. The role focuses on enhancing guests emotional well-being, relaxation, and holistic healing experiences while maintaining the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group guided meditation sessions (mindfulness, breathing techniques, stress reduction, visualization, etc.)
- Develop customized meditation programs tailored to guest needs (wellness, recovery, stress management, sleep improvement)
- Collaborate with wellness, medical, and hospitality teams to align sessions with guest care plans
- Create a calm, safe, and supportive environment for guests
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Prepare meditation spaces ensuring cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness
- Support wellness events, retreats, and special VVIP programs
- Provide gentle guidance on breathing techniques and relaxation practices
- Maintain professional documentation if required by management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Candidate Requirements
- Certification in Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga, or related wellness discipline
- Minimum 23 years experience in wellness centers, luxury hospitality, retreats, or healthcare environments
- Experience working with high-profile or VIP clients preferred
- Strong communication and calming interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

- Knowledge of breathwork and stress management techniques
- Basic understanding of holistic wellness concepts
- Ability to adapt session styles based on guest preferences
- Experience in luxury or government-linked environments is a plus
