Meeting & Assistance Specialist

Job Summary

The Meeting & Assistance Specialist is responsible for providing a seamless airport experience by welcoming and assisting arriving passengers, operating the Visa-on-Arrival Electronic Booth, facilitating visa processing, and coordinating with airport authorities, governmental entities, and internal support teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist passengers throughout their arrival journey within the airport terminals.
  • Operate the Visa-on-Arrival Electronic Booth and support passengers during the electronic visa application process.
  • Guide passengers through airport arrival procedures while ensuring compliance with airport regulations.
  • Coordinate with Immigration, Customs, airport authorities, and other governmental entities to facilitate passenger processing.
  • Create and follow up on technical support tickets related to operational systems and the electronic visa platform.
  • Coordinate with the IT Department to resolve technical issues affecting passenger services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Escalate operational or customer-related issues to the Operations Supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and incident reports.
  • Adhere to company policies, airport security procedures, assigned shifts, and service quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Diploma holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Aviation, Tourism, Front Office, Guest Relations, or a similar customer-facing role.
