Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI with expertise in designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI agents, multi-agent systems, workflow orchestration, RAG solutions, and integrating AI applications with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, and autonomous workflows.
- Build and maintain multi-agent architectures for complex business use cases.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Create agent workflows using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Optimize prompts, reasoning chains, memory management, and tool usage for AI agents.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI agent performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Implement responsible AI, governance, and compliance best practices.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML or Software Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
- Experience in building RAG applications and vector search solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and REST API development.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of AI security, governance, and responsible AI principles.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker/Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Graph Databases and Knowledge Graphs.
- Experience in conversational AI and chatbot development.
- AI/ML or Cloud certifications are a plus.
