As Member Engagement Lead for the MEA region, you will lead the development of a vibrant and inclusive member community. Working closely with Regional Advisory Boards, senior members, and internal teams, you'll design and deliver engagement opportunities that reflect member needs and strengthen RICS presence in the region.
You will act as a key ambassador for RICS, shaping strategic engagement plans, leading local events, driving digital storytelling, and ensuring meaningful relationships across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead regional member engagement strategy, working closely with country boards to deliver the MEA Market Plan and identify country-specific opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior members, acting as a trusted liaison and ambassador for RICS across the region.
Deliver meaningful engagement activities including events, networking opportunities, and learning initiatives that support retention, satisfaction, and community-building.
Recruit, support, and coordinate Regional and Country Board members to ensure effective governance and contribution to strategic priorities.
Support regional digital content and social media activity to highlight member achievements and promote RICS impact across the MEA region.
About You:
Experienced in stakeholder or member engagement, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across sectors and career levels.
An excellent communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Skilled in designing and delivering events or engagement programmes that create value and meet strategic objectives.
Comfortable interpreting data and feedback to inform decisions, improve engagement, and demonstrate impact.
Digitally fluent, with experience using social media and digital tools to create content that informs, connects, and celebrates member communities.
