Role Description

This is a remote role for a Member of the Board of Advisors. The individual will be responsible for leveraging their expertise to provide strategic guidance and advice to the firm's management team. Key responsibilities include participating in board meetings, offering insights on strategic decisions, assisting in capital markets and fundraising activities, and contributing to marketing and business development initiatives. Collaboration with other board members and senior management will be essential to drive growth and optimize the company's strategic direction.

Qualifications

Fundraising and Capital Markets experience

Knowledge in Marketing and business development

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience serving on a board of advisors is a plus
