Membership Host — METROFITT

Location: Dubai, UAE

METROFITT is looking for enthusiastic Membership Hosts to join our team. If you enjoy sales, connecting with people, and helping others start their fitness journey, we'd love to meet you.

Your responsibilities

Welcome prospective members and introduce them to our facilities.
Understand their fitness goals and recommend suitable memberships.
Conduct club tours and explain membership benefits, pricing, and terms.
Follow up with inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person conversations.
Achieve membership sales targets and support club growth.
Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups in our CRM.
Help new members complete registration and coordinate with the fitness team.
Provide friendly service to prospective and existing members.

What we're looking for

Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
A proactive attitude and confidence working toward targets.
Good organization and consistent follow-up.
An interest in fitness and a welcoming, professional approach.
Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or fitness is an advantage.
