Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize membership growth and revenue
  • Manage and motivate a team of membership sales representatives to achieve targets
  • Conduct personalized tours, sales presentations, and handle high-level member concerns
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
  • Develop retention strategies and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure member satisfaction and effective CRM usage
  • Conduct regular training sessions and stay updated on industry trends
  • Forecast sales projections and contribute to the annual budgeting process

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, preferably in membership-based organizations
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading sales teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the fitness, hospitality, or leisure industry
  • Strong analytical skills for forecasting, budgeting, and market analysis
  • Certification in sales management (e.g., Certified Sales Leadership Professional)
