Key Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell club memberships to potential clients through direct interaction, follow-ups, and referrals.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall membership growth.
Present membership benefits, packages, and offers clearly and persuasively.
Process membership registrations, renewals, and payments accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
Clearly explain club policies, terms, and procedures to members and prospects.
Ensure members understanding and compliance with club regulations.
Maintain organized and confidential member records and documentation.
Ensure accuracy of member data within the system.
Prepare and submit daily and periodic sales and membership reports to management.
Track leads, conversions, renewals, and feedback, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or membership management (preferably in clubs, gyms, or hospitality).
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or membership management systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
