Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve the monthly sales target.
- Promote memberships and attract new customers using various sales methods (phone calls, meetings, referrals, communication with visitors, call center leads, offers, and other channels).
- Execute the approved sales plans and sales activities while adhering to the company's work regulations and announced pricing policies.
- Communicate with the Sales Back Office to follow up on target achievement status and take the necessary actions to achieve the target within the specified timeframe.
- Understand and explain all membership-related information and club benefits to new customers, ensuring the provision of accurate data and information by using the Questions & Answers template.
- Develop, expand, and maintain the customer database by building positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up on and complete new customer subscription procedures within the specified timeframe.
- Inform the direct manager of any challenges encountered in achieving the target and discuss the proposed solutions.
- Prepare periodic reports, including:
-CRM data entry and customer follow-up.
-Daily activity reports showing calls and meetings conducted.
-Customer meeting schedules and outcomes.
-Leads feedback.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in coordination with the Membership Department.
Job Requirements:
Education & Previous Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or any relevant field.
- 0–1 year of experience in the same field.
Technical Knowledge & Skills:
- Sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
