Role Overview
The role is a Senior BIM MEP Coordinator based in Qatar.
The position requires seven or more years of experience in MEP BIM leadership.
The role is on-site and requires relocation to Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP BIM coordination across HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
- Deliver clash-free, constructible models through rigorous coordination.
- Interface directly with design consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Resolve clashes and drive model sign-off.
Technical Expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD MEP, and BIM 360/ACC is required.
- Experience delivering BIM coordination on large-scale GCC projects is required.
- Strong understanding of regional codes, standards, and client expectations is required.
Education Requirement
- A BE or B.Tech degree is mandatory.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The position is on-site in Qatar.
- Relocation to Qatar is required.
