Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP BIM Coordinator located in New Cairo. The MEP BIM Coordinator will oversee building information modeling (BIM) processes and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within architectural and construction projects. Responsibilities include facilitating collaboration between project teams, modeling and reviewing designs, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards. The coordinator will also provide support for project management tasks and contribute to ensuring accurate and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Understanding and experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Familiarity with Architecture principles and standards as they relate to BIM and MEP systems
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and team collaboration
• Proficiency with BIM software and related tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant technical educational background in engineering or architecture
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
