A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of BIM Coordinator MEP
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction workflows, and coordination practices
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination for MEP systems
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and manage MEP BIM models across all project stages
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve clashes and ensure model accuracy
- Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings
- Support the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

- Candidate should have a valid Iqama ID minimum of 3 months 2025
