skilled MEP BIM Coordinator to lead Building Information Modeling efforts for our high-profile construction projects across the UAE. You'll be the technical bridge between design teams, engineers, and contractors, ensuring flawless MEP coordination.
💻 Key Responsibilities
✔
Lead BIM coordination for MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection)
✔
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit MEP
✔
Conduct clash detection using Navisworks Manage
✔
Prepare coordination drawings and shop drawings
✔
Implement BIM standards and protocols across projects
✔
Liaise between architects, engineers, and contractors
✔
Train team members on BIM workflows and best practices
✔
Ensure compliance with UAE BIM standards and regulations
🛠️ Must-Have Skills
✅
5+ years as BIM Coordinator in MEP domain (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
✅ Expert-level Proficiency In
- Autodesk Revit MEP
- Navisworks Manage
- BIM 360/ACC ✅ Strong knowledge of:
- MEP systems and coordination principles
- LOD 300-400 requirements
- COBie and IFC standards ✅ Certifications: Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit) preferred ✅ Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field ✅ Soft Skills: Problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities
