Job Description

We are seeking a qualified MEP BIM Modeler to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have an

engineering background in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems and expertise in BIM software.

Key Responsibilities

Develop LOD 350, 400, and 500 MEP models using Revit and Civil 3D based on engineering designs and

project requirements.

Perform clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks to resolve conflicts between MEP

systems, structural, and architectural elements.

Generate accurate 2D drawings, sections, and schedules derived from 3D models.

Stay updated with the latest BIM trends and best practices related to MEP modeling.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).

Fresh graduate or experienced in MEP BIM modeling.

Proficient in Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.

Skills

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems integration within construction

projects.

Skilled in clash detection, coordination, and problem-solving.

Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.
