MEP BIM Modeler

Job Description :

* Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

* Extract data related to electromechanical support systems, including BOQs and design parameters.

* Coordinate and integrate support systems into BIM models while ensuring clash-free coordination based on technical design reports.

* Create detailed 3D BIM models for the required systems and project components.

* Review and interpret technical drawings and design reports to ensure accurate model implementation.

* Collaborate with the technical team to maintain model quality and project standards.

Requirements :

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

* Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Engineer.

* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM software.

* Strong understanding of BIM workflows, multidisciplinary coordination, and 3D modeling.

* Ability to interpret technical drawings and design reports.

* KaiTech BIM Diploma is mandatory.

* Previous experience in the Engineering industry is preferred.
