Ignite Search & Selection is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of the UAE's leading Tier 1 MEP contractors for an experienced MEP Construction Manager to join their Dubai team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work on some of the region's most prestigious and technically challenging projects, delivering complex MEP installations from construction through to testing, commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site MEP construction activities
- Manage project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and within budget
- Coordinate with the client, consultant and main contractor to resolve technical and construction issues
- Oversee quality assurance, inspections and compliance with project specifications
- Drive productivity and ensure the highest standards of health & safety
- Support project planning, procurement and commissioning activities

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years experience delivering large-scale MEP projects
- Previous experience working for a recognised MEP contractor is essential
- Proven track record as an MEP Construction Manager on major building projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing multidisciplinary site teams
- UAE or GCC experience is highly desirable
