MEP Coordinator - Can join Immediately

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience with villa or residential projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, site supervision, and authority regulations
• Experience in coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems
• Ability to review drawings, resolve technical clashes, and manage subcontractors
• Proficient in AutoCAD and project coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all MEP activities on villa projects
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and technical reviews
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
• Monitor installation progress and resolve on-site issues
