MEP Designer & Interior Fitout Draftsman

The MEP Designer & Interior Fitout Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed construction and interior design drawings, space planning, coordinating MEP designs with architectural layouts, and ensuring alignment with project requirements. The candidate will work closely with designers, architects, and construction teams to ensure quality and accuracy in all design work. This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

• Strong knowledge of space planning, architectural design, and related principles
• Proficiency in creating construction drawings and detailed plans
• Experience in interior design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in CAD and other drafting/design software
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet tight project deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Previous experience in MEP design and interior fit-out projects is highly desirable
