Job description:

Preferred Candidates with Dependent Visa/ Freelancer Visa

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD or other CAD software.

Develop architectural, structural, mechanical, or electrical drawings as per project requirements.

Convert hand sketches, PDFs, and conceptual designs into technical drawings.

Revise drawings based on feedback and project changes.

Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards and project specifications.

Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project teams for clarifications.

Maintain organized digital records of drawings and revisions.

Meet project deadlines and deliverables as agreed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman (minimum 25 years preferred).

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D). Knowledge of Revit, SolidWorks, or similar software is an advantage.

Strong understanding of technical drawing standards.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working on construction, MEP, interior fit-out, or engineering projects.

Experience with project coordination and site drawing updates.
