MEP Draftsman

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and modify MEP shop drawings based on project specifications and engineer instructions.
• Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for MEP systems.
• Coordinate drawings with technical office engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Review and update drawings according to site modifications and engineer feedback.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards, codes, and specifications.
• Organize and maintain all drawing files and documentation.
• Assist engineers in preparing as-built drawings.
• Coordinate between different disciplines to avoid design conflicts.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman in the construction field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory).
• Experience in preparing MEP shop drawings.
• Good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems drawings.
• Experience working on commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
