MEP Engineer

Aqualivin is a Dubai-based specialist contractor focused on the design, construction, and maintenance of premium outdoor water features, natural ponds, eco-lakes, beach pools. Our work combines engineering precision with natural aesthetics to deliver unique water environments for private villas, hospitality, and large-scale developments across the UAE.

We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Engineer to join our team and support the successful delivery of our outdoor water feature and landscape projects. The role requires full site coordination of mechanical and electrical works, ensuring installations are executed to the highest technical and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day MEP site activities for outdoor water feature projects

• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Supervise installation of pumps, filtration systems, piping networks, underwater lighting, control panels, and related MEP systems

• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site productivity

• Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications

• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and coordinate technical submissions

• Resolve site issues proactively to maintain smooth project execution

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as an MEP Site Engineer

• Experience in outdoor water features, swimming pools, irrigation, landscaping, or related MEP works

• Valid UAE driving license

• Own car is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of pumps, filtration, piping, electrical systems, and site coordination

• Ability to manage multiple site stakeholders and maintain project schedules

• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
