We are seeking a proactive and skilled MEP Engineer (HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical) to join our team and contribute to the smooth execution of daily operations.
Location & Mobility
- Based in Dubai, UAE
- Project activities across the UAE
- Occasional site visitsto Oman and Bahrainfor site coordination and meetings
Key Responsibilities
- Review, coordination, and follow-up of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systemsacross all project phases
- Strong involvement in chilled water systems(plants, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, BTU meters, PMU valves, PICVs)
- Experience with VRF/VRV systems, including coordination, installation follow-up, and commissioning support
- Coordination of HVAC control systems / BMS interfaces(sensors, actuators, control valves, VFDs, control wiring no programming)
- Review of shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals
- Site coordination with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Support testing, commissioning, TAB activities, snag closure, and final handover
- Preparation and review of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and technical inputs
- Participation in estimation, tender preparation, and project costing, including value engineering support
- Handling technical queries, clarifications, and variations
- Participation in coordination meetings and progress reporting
Required Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of proven experiencein MEP works (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
- Proven experience with chilled water systemsand VRF/VRV systems
- Good understanding of HVAC control systems and BMS interfaces(coordination level)
- Previous experience in HVAC TABis highly preferred
- Experience in estimation, tendering, and costingis a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel for occasional site visitswithin the region
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
