Job Summary:
We are seeking a commercially driven and technically strong leader to establish and scale our MEP Commissioning & Technical Services division in Saudi Arabia. The role is accountable for business development, operational delivery, team leadership, and divisional P&L performance, covering Mechanical, Electrical, and Testing & Balancing (TAB) services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow the MEP Commissioning division in the Saudi market.
- Develop and convert sales pipeline with major contractors and consultants.
- Lead technical execution of MEP commissioning, TAB, and electrical testing (LV/MV systems).
- Manage and mentor engineers and technicians.
- Oversee proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and client/consultant requirements.
- Drive divisional revenue, cost control, and margin performance.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- 10–15 years of commissioning experience with leadership exposure.
- Strong background in HVAC, TAB, and electrical testing.
- Proven experience in Saudi Arabia market.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and project profitability.
- Preferred Certifications (Advantage):
- Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP)
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
- NEBOSH / IOSH
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
