MEP Manager

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of overall experience in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) construction.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience working on PIF (Public Investment Fund) projects is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site MEP activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Coordinate with the client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams for seamless MEP execution.
• Lead the planning, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Ensure all MEP works comply with Saudi Building Code, project specifications, and applicable international standards.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Manage authority approvals and inspections, ensuring compliance with PIF requirements and obtaining approvals from relevant authorities.
• Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil, architectural, and structural disciplines.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations and quality control procedures.
• Prepare progress reports, resource plans, and cost control updates for project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of total MEP experience.
• Minimum 5 years in an MEP Manager role.
• Mandatory experience on PIF projects, including familiarity with PIF standards and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of authority approvals, inspections, and project compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary MEP teams on large-scale commercial, mix-use, hospitality, infrastructure, or high-rise developments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera P6, and other project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Experience with BIM coordination and digital construction platforms is preferred.
