We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to take overall responsibility and ownership of all MEP works for a high-end private villa project in Dubai.

Role Summary
The MEP Manager will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, supervision, and successful delivery of all MEP works throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying site issues, taking ownership of solutions, driving subcontractors, controlling quality and progress, resolving MEP coordination issues, and pushing the project through testing, commissioning, authority approvals, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities
* Take overall ownership of all MEP works, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, ELV, and related systems.
* Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors, consultants, main contractor, suppliers, and other trades.
* Supervise MEP installation works and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
* Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, coordination clashes, and construction constraints.
* Monitor MEP progress, manpower, materials, productivity, and subcontractor performance.
* Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil, structural, architectural, and interior works.
* Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and technical documentation.
* Manage testing, commissioning, snagging, authority approvals, and final MEP handover.
* Ensure completion of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, test reports, and other handover documentation.
* Provide regular updates on MEP progress, risks, issues, and completion status to the project management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or related discipline.
* Minimum 8+ years of relevant MEP experience.
* Proven experience as an MEP Manager, MEP Project Manager, MEP Construction Manager, or Senior MEP Engineer.
* Strong hands-on experience managing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, ELV, and other MEP systems.
* Proven experience in MEP site execution, subcontractor management, and multidisciplinary coordination.
* Strong knowledge of MEP shop drawings, material approvals, RFIs, inspections, testing & commissioning, and handover.
* Ability to identify and resolve site issues and take complete ownership of MEP delivery.
* Strong experience coordinating with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
* Previous experience in high-end villas, luxury residential projects, palaces, or premium buildings in Dubai/UAE is highly preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice are preferred.
