Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for a high-rise project in Riyadh. The role involves managing design, coordination, and implementation of MEP works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all MEP activities for the project under WSP's PMC scope.
- Review and monitor MEP design and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and client specifications.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk related to MEP works.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve design or site issues promptly.
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to the client and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 1215 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on large-scale/high-rise projects.
- Pre-contract experience is mandatory, including involvement in design reviews, tender evaluations, and technical submissions.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Previous experience working with PMC firms mandatory.
