Role Summary:
Responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of electrical systems in line with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards across multiple real estate developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical submissions and coordinate with consultants for approvals
- Supervise and inspect electrical works including LV panels, lighting, earthing, etc
- Monitor project milestones, manpower productivity, and material requirements
- Ensure adherence to DEWA and other authority regulations
- Support procurement team with BOQs and material submittals
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- 5-8 years experience in UAE/MENA construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and electrical load calculations
