Job Description

Lead and manage MEP project phases from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. Oversee technical reviews, monitor project progress, manage budgets and invoices, and serve as the main point of contact with clients to ensure smooth project delivery and effective issue resolution
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of MEP projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and methodologies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate contractors and consultants, ensuring compliance with contracts, quality standards, and project requirements.
  • Review and approve MEP designs, drawings, and technical specifications in line with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical direction and support to project teams, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
  • Track and control project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Review and approve invoices, variation orders, and payment requests in alignment with financial plans.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports covering progress, risks, and performance updates.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in MEP project management, ideally in the retail industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems and processes.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with contractors, clients, and consultants.
