We are Hiring for our client who are A one stop shop for all contracting & fit out services based in Dubai.
Job Description:
- Ensure correct installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
- Review design drawings, specifications, and BOQs for MEP systems
- Monitor MEP work progress and help ensure timely completion in line with project milestones.
- Lead MEP systems testing, commissioning, and final handover procedures.
Qualifications:
- Hindi, Tagalog, Sinhala, Urdu, Arabic Speaker (Any one of these would be preferred)
- Education: At least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Mechanical /Electrical
- Minimum required experience 6 yrs in Fit Out contracting commercial and residential
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP design tools (e.g., Revit, etc.)
