MEP Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP works for luxury villa projects.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Review and approve project designs, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements and UAE regulations.

• Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion within the allocated resources.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

• Address and resolve any technical or operational issues during project execution.

• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing MEP works, with a strong focus on luxury villa projects in the UAE.

• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and construction methodologies in the UAE.

• Proficient in project management tools and software.

• In-depth understanding of UAE construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
