Project Manager – MEP (Western Nationality)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – MEP (Western Nationality) with a strong background in main contracting and delivering complex MEP works across large‑scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ELV, and HVAC systems, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all MEP project activities from planning to execution and handover.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee MEP design review, technical submissions, material approvals, and site installation works.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion of MEP milestones.
- Manage cost control, resource planning, procurement schedules, and subcontractor performance.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead site teams and ensure effective communication across all project interfaces.
