MEP Project Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a MEP Project Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The MEP Project Manager will oversee all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) project planning, coordination, execution, and completion. Daily responsibilities include managing budgets, reviewing submittals, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee teams, work with contractors and clients, and ensure compliance with all regulations and best practices.

• Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including plumbing expertise
• Experience in project management, planning, and execution of MEP-related initiatives
• Skills in budgeting and financial management for project-related expenses
• Familiarity with reviewing, managing, and submitting project submittals
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interactions with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Prior experience in the construction or MEP industry is highly desirable
