Our client, one of the UAE's leading Tier One MEP contractors, is looking to appoint an experienced MEP Project Manager to join their growing team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of major MEP projects from award through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of large-scale MEP construction projects.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client relationships.
- Oversee project planning, procurement, cost control, and programme delivery.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Monitor project performance and implement strategies to mitigate risks and delays.
- Coordinate closely with commercial, planning, engineering, and site teams to achieve project objectives.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years experience delivering major MEP projects in the UAE.
- Proven experience working for a recognised Tier One MEP contractor.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple disciplines and deliver complex projects successfully.
