MEP Project Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Riyadh, with opportunities for some remote work. The MEP Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities include planning and managing project schedules, preparing submittals, coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and resources.

• Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and Plumbing knowledge
• Strong skills in Budgeting and Project Management
• Experience with preparing and reviewing Submittals
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in managing MEP projects, preferably within large-scale construction environments
