🚧 We're Hiring: MEP Project Manager (Mechanical Engineer)

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

Ikhlas Building Contracting Co. LLC is looking for an experienced and driven MEP Project Manager with a Mechanical Engineering background to lead and manage our mechanical works with excellence and precision.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end mechanical scope of MEP projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Supervise site execution and coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, civil, etc.).
• Monitor project progress, budget control, and compliance with specifications.
• Oversee subcontractors, materials, and technical documentation.
• Lead coordination with consultants, clients, and government authorities for approvals.
• Ensure adherence to local codes and standards (DEWA, DM, DCD, etc.).

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE/GCC in MEP project management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills.
• Familiarity with local regulations and authority procedures.
