Job Summary
Mobco Group is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for a prestigious project in Diriyah, Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in mosques, office buildings, or similar large-scale developments, ensuring successful delivery of MEP works within project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all MEP project activities from planning to handover
- Oversee HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, and ELV systems execution
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards
- Monitor project progress, schedule, and budget performance
- Manage subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical proposals
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and infrastructure teams
- Provide technical leadership and support to site teams
- Prepare and review project reports and documentation
- Ensure timely project delivery and successful handover
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in MEP project management
- Proven experience in Mosques, Office Buildings, or Large-Scale Projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices
- Experience managing large teams and subcontractors
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
