Role Description
This is a contract and fully remote role for an MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will perform QS related aspects of MEP for external works of a hospital project. Responsibilities include preparing BoQs (Bills of Quantities) only, without cost control and without cost reporting mechanisms. The role doesn't require collaboration with project team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in preparation and analysis of BOQ
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and MS Office applications
- Experience in the MEP or construction industry within the MENA region is advantageous
