Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MEP Senior Technician (Supervisor) to lead the operation and maintenance of critical Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing infrastructure within a mission-critical Data Center environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operation and maintenance activities across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and utility systems.
Lead troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of critical MEP infrastructure.
Coordinate preventive, corrective, predictive, and condition-based maintenance activities.
Monitor system performance, review alarms, and ensure timely corrective actions.
Oversee switching operations, shutdown activities, commissioning support, and emergency response.
Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, safety regulations, and critical facility procedures.
Coordinate technicians, vendors, and contractors to maintain operational excellence.
Prepare maintenance reports, incident reports, inspection records, and performance documentation.

Requirements

Diploma / ITI in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of Data Center Operations & Maintenance experience.
Strong knowledge of:
LV Electrical Systems
UPS, Generators, ATS/STS
Switchgear, PDUs, RPPs
HVAC & Cooling Infrastructure
Chillers, CRAH/CRAC Units
Pumps, Plumbing Systems
Fire Protection Systems
BMS Monitoring Platforms
Experience leading critical maintenance and operational teams within Data Centers or mission-critical facilities.
Preferred certifications: C-Net, Uptime Institute, EPI, NFPA, ASHRAE, or equivalent.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Availability to support 24x7 operations and emergency activities.
