Role Description

Ductecho is hiring a MEP Site Engineer to manage on-site execution and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works. The role involves site supervision, quality control, and coordination to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Location: United Arab Emirates

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: AED 8,000 12,000

Experience: Minimum 3 years UAE experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site activities for MEP works
• Coordinate execution between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams
• Interpret, review, and implement MEP drawings
• Monitor quality, safety, and productivity
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure project timelines and milestones are met
• Prepare reports, inspections, and progress documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in MEP projects
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Excellent understanding of MEP drawings and coordination
• Good English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
