MEP Site Manager

KB Architects is hiring an experienced MEP Site Manager / Mechanical Site Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Maadi.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in MEP site management, with strong experience in mechanical systems, site coordination, quality control, procurement support, and construction supervision.

The role involves managing all MEP activities on site, coordinating between subcontractors and project teams, reviewing drawings and specifications, resolving technical issues, monitoring progress, inspecting installations, supporting procurement, preparing site reports, and ensuring compliance with project quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in MEP site supervision or management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, electrical, and MEP coordination works.
• Ability to read and review construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Experience in material review, quantity verification, procurement support, testing, commissioning, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and construction site procedures.
• AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or project management software experience is a plus.
