MEP site senior engineer (Having experience in pharmaceutical industry field)

Job Description: Technical /Tendering electrical engineer (Prefer to have experience in pharmaceutical industry field)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated technical/tendering electrical engineer Prefer to have background in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team. For industrial construction MEP execution scope, having (3-5) years of experience. You will be responsible for overseeing and working various projects within our organization, ensuring their successful completion within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Review and study all preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to the project.

Prepare Shop drawings and technical submittals.

Review and study project documents, including Conditions of Contract, BOQ, specifications, drawings and Vendor List, ensuring a thorough understanding of project requirements.they may be involved in creating and reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.

Collaborate and coordinate with relevant teams, especially the mechanical section, to clarify any conflict or ambiguities to issue RFI to the owner or consultant to select the requirements to ensure accurate project estimation as specs and cost.

Prepare quotations (RFQ) for all systems like Electrical, Light Current systems, Control and BMS systems and contact and follow up with suppliers and subcontractors to get the offers.

Review quotations received from suppliers and subcontractors as technical and financial to ensure compliance with the project's BOQ, specifications, drawings, and Vendor list.

Prepare breakdown sheets for pricing all items and conduct cost analysis to ensure accurate estimation of project costs.

Coordinate with the technical director to align cost estimates for profit margin and other cost parameters like overhead expenses and select financial targets.

Finalize Commercial and technical proposal

Create MEP, Turnkey, Budgetary commercial and technical offer and send to the client and follow up with them to more clarification and negotiation.

Attending bids and meetings with clients for financial and technical discussions.

Collaborate with the tendering team to incorporate viable value engineering proposals into the tender.

Coordinate the bid management process, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.

Keep in touch with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to gather necessary inputs for the bid.

Build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to get special discounts to meet project needs.

Submit the submittals and perform quantity surveying and shop drawings to issue purchase orders in handed projects.

Conduct cash flow for handed projects and perform cost control sheet apple to tendering to control in cost through time schedule of project.

Job Requirements

Degree in Electrical engineering .

Experience in Quantity Survey and Invoices

Experience from 3 to 5 years

Microsoft office (Excel & Word).

Auto-cad.

V. good about English.
